SPONSORED STUDIO: CARHARTT
My studio focus during the first semester of junior year was a sponsored studio collaborating with the Carhartt team to create a modular garment. The prompt for this studio was: "a multifunctional look that can be worn for many different occasions."
IDEATION AND DESIGN
With this prompt, I created modular overalls. Utilizing the Carhartt brand DNA, as well as analyzing their consumer base and their target demographics, I created a lineup of six different silhouettes. All utilizing the same base overall, each look is modified with differing pockets and modular pieces to better fit their respective career. The color of the base overall for each of these looks differs, allowing for the opportunity to mix and match different color schemes throughout modular pieces to make them truly customizable for the wearer.

FINE DETAILS
With strategically placed industrial snaps, and detachable sleeves and pant legs of various lengths, this one overall can be worn in both hot and cold weather, and is perfect for individuals who work in outdoor conditions that constantly change temperature. The snaps allow for the wearer to mix and match pockets and accessories to create the perfect wearable storage for the task at hand. I showcased this piece in 3 different stages: the full coverage stage, with both sleeve attachments and leg attachments, the short - sleeve stage, with pants legs and one section of sleeves detached, and the default base stage, with all extra sleeve and leg attachments detached.
